great location but limited time to enjoy

The room had an impressive size with a very comfortable bed. The large bathroom included a spacious shower that made for a refreshing start to my day.

My stay was too short to fully experience everything.

100% recommend for a quick layover

Spacious room, comfortable bed, the massive room provided great amenities like a full-size fridge and microwave, which would make it ideal for self-catering. The location is only a few minutes walk from the train station.

The local eats are an absolute treat! I hit up Cafe Thorntons for a cheeky breakfast and was chuffed with the vibe – proper local delight. Tarbosh did not disappoint either, the flavors were banging! the room was clean and moderately cozy, and I found it fairly good value for a night in town.

On the flip side, the hotel felt a bit like it was scraping by. The heat in the room was something else – a little fan just didn't cut it, and local nightlife made sleeping a far cry from bliss. Could've done with a little more attention to the room upkeep, like fixing the odd peeling wallpaper and wobbly bits.

Great spot for a solo stay!

Just spent 3 nights here and it was pretty awesome! The room looked just like the pics, super clean, and had a lovely shower. Location was perfect—right by the shopping center and tons of great places to stroll to. loved the cozy cafes nearby! Just wish the WiFi was a bit stronger sometimes.

i really enjoyed my stay at the central. my double or twin room exceeded my expectations with a fantastic shower and neat conveniences like a fridge, microwave, and all the necessary cutlery. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the town's amenities. the staff were incredibly lovely and very helpful, making my solo trip all the better.
